Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics . We only collect personal information from you when you provide us with the information. The information we collect includes: name, email, contact number and information pertaining to your child under 18 participating in our workshops

When appropriate we collect medical and emergency contact information so that people can take part in our workshops in a safe and secure environment

If you work on our team and you require a DBS we will be able to apply for this and will need to collect relevant data in order for us to process the application

We minimise the amount of personal data we keep about you and the period of time we hold it for.

In some cases, we retain records for the length of time that we are legally obliged to do so (eg. Meeting minutes, safe-guarding). In other cases we review our policy and contact information yearly and then ensure it is deleted.

Data is retained by Cue34 Theatre Company for marketing purposes if you have opted-in to receive marketing material.

Personal data with regard to processing workshops will be deleted after 7 years of the conclusion of the workshop according to NSPCC protocol with reference to safe-guarding.
